Ingredients

30-40 mins
8-10 vadas
  1. 4raw banana
  2. 1/2katori dal chana
  3. 1/2 tbsp spoon salt
  4. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp dry mango powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
  7. as requiredcoriander leaves chopped
  8. as requiredoil to shallow fry

Steps

30-40 mins
  1. 1

    Peel the boiled bananas and mash nicely

  2. 2

    Add boiled and strained chana dal

  3. 3

    Mix all masalas and chopped coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Make vadas of the prepared mixture and rest it for sometime

  5. 5

    Shallowfry from both sides and serve with mint and curd chutney
