2-4 servings

1 cupMago puree
100 gmsWhipping cream
As neededToffee
1 cup Maida
1/4th cup Oil
1tsp Baking powder
1/2tspBaking soda

Whisk 3/4th puree, oil and sugar in one bowl
Sieve all the dry ingredients in it
Give it a mix
Put in cupcake mould and bake for 20 mins at 180°

For topping mix remaining puree in whipped cream, whip it for 10 mins.

Pipe it out on the cupcake when it's cold and top with toffee
