Steps

Mix the gram flour with curd in a bowl add salt and water.

Mix the whole mixture and made thin batter.Now put a pan on flame,add this batter into it and stir continuously,for paste like consitency.

Then,off the flame and grease a steel plate with oil from back side.Now spread this batter instantly with the hel of spatula in thin sheets.

Now rest it for 5 min for cool down.After that time cut vetically with knife and roll with slow motion of fingers and put into plate.

For garnishing;heat a pan,put 2 spoon oil,add green chilli,mustard seeds,seasme seeds and lemon juice then off the flame and put this on khandvi roll with spoon

Now garnish with grated coconut..
