    Mix wheat flour, salt, grated ginger and dal together.

  2. 2

    Make a smooth dough with the help of water. Now take a small ball of dough and make a small roti.

  3. 3

    Now Grease with butter and fold like given picture. And roll again for making a paratha.

  4. 4

    Heat the tawa and saute it on law flame.apply butter or oil on both side. Saute it till get a golden brown color.

  5. 5

    Serve it with tea or curd as you wish.
