Take 200 gms wheat flour. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 spoon grated garlic, 3 spoons ghee and mix it. With lukewarm water knead it in a dough. Apply ghee and rest it for 20 mins.

Take 100 ml melted butter. Add 1 spoon grated garlic, 1 chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and mix.

Take dough ball. Dust flour and roll it thin. Apply butter garlic mixture. Sprinkle flour and fold chapati in pleats. Roll one end inside tight and tuck other end inside. Flatten and roll it thick.

Preheat pan. Apply ghee and cook paratha from both sides. Garlic Lachha Paratha ready to eat.
