Steps

Take a pan heat the ghee.Roast seviyan in a ghee for 3-4 mints and keep aside.

Add water and boiled it.Boil the mix for about 10-15 mints. When the seviyan is cook well now add sugar.

Mix well and cook for 1 minute.Switch off the flame and transfer mithi seviya in serving bowl. Ready to eat.
