Leftover Rice Manchurian

To make Manchurian Balls: -
First, grind the remaining rice in a mixer jar.
Take out the ground rice in a bowl.
Now add onion, capsicum, chili flakes, lemon juice, cornflour, and salt.

Mix the mixture well with light hands.
Prepare small balls of the mixture by applying some oil on the palm.

Pour oil in a pan and heat it well and fry until it becomes crispy by adding balls to the hot oil.
Fry all the balls in a similar way and take them out in a plate.

For making Manchurian Gravy / Sauce: -
Put oil in a pan and let it heat up. Add onion and garlic to it.
After a few seconds, add capsicum, tomatoes and cook for a few seconds.
Now add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt, and pepper.

Let it boil after adding some water. Put Manchurian balls and stir for 30 seconds and turn off the gas.
The hot Manchurian rice is ready. Serve them hot.
