1Chopped onions
as required chopped coriander leaves
2-3 teaspoonsLemon juice
1 teaspoonChat masala
1teaspoon salt
1 small packetAloo bhujia
1 packet Monaco biscuits

Take a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes. Then add onions, lemon juice, coriander leaves, chat masala and salt. Mix well.

Take Monaco biscuit and put this mixture on it and again put one biscuit like a sandwich. Now spread the aloo bijia on plate and roll the biscuit. The aloo bujia stick on the potato. Chatpata snack is ready.
