    Collect ingredients. Crack eggs an beat. Add salt

    Lightly oil the pan on medium heat and dip the bread on both sides in egg wash and shallow fry. Fry on both sides till golden brown

    Drain on serviettes and serve with desired beverage. You can also make a sandwich out of it. I made a tomato sandwich
