Steps

Wash tomatoes and make cuts on top in a Cross.

In a pot boil Water and put these tomatoes and boil till skin is soft take out and cool and peel off skin.

Chop them and strain them to remove seeds keep a bowl under it to collect the pulp

In a pan melt butter and saute onions and add garlic then add 2 tbs maida, cook till a nice smell comes.

Add tomato pulp, salt, sugar, ketchup, puree and 2 cups water and cook till kacha pan nikal jaye tomatoes ka Blend it.

Cook till it gets little thick, add herbs and black pepper powder or crushed and remove from flame.

While serving add cream on top

Cut bread into small pieces and toast on a hot tawa or pan with dashes of salted butter till crispy and brownish, or you can put on an oven try with butter and bake till crispy.
