Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cupsemolina (sooji)
  3. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  4. 1small chopped onion
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tbspsaunf/ fennel seeds
  8. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  9. To tastesalt
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspchaat masala
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add sooji and yoghurt,salt,as required water mix it well.10 min rest it.

    Then take a pan add oil heat it then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion mix it well like golden brown then add saunf,salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder, Red chili powder mix it well properly.then add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves.ready to masala.

    Take a tawa pan and heat it, then make a dosa with a little oil.When the dosa is cooked then add a little potato masala in the middle and make it round.

    And now my dosa is ready, you can eat it with chutney or sauce.
