  • 2 cupssimsiim seeds
  • 1/2 cupground nuts
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and strain

    Dry them in the oven as they roast

    Mix in some groundnuts

    Heat a pan and melt the sugar

    Pour in the sim sim and turn off the heat. Stir until well mixed.

    Wet your hands and using a teaspoon, scoop and try to make them hold tofether

    Allow to cool down before you serve
