Steps

Chicken ko dho lein. Sabziyan cheel ke dho lein or phir cutting kar lein. Gobhi ko b darmiyana size mein cut karein

Aik darmiyana size pateeli mein half pateeli bhar ke pani boil hony rakh dein. Jab boil hony lgy us mein gobhi dal ke 5 minute ke liey boil karein or stain kar lein. Pani discard kar dein

Pressure cooker mein oil dalen. Jab garam ho jaey piyaz dalen. Jab golden se hony lagen to is mein chicken or ginger garlic paste with salt add karein. Or 5 minute ke liey full aanch py fry karein

Tomatoes add karein. 2 minute tak naram hojaengy to is mein kutti mirch dhaniya hldi add karein. Sath thora pani ka chhenta b lagalein

Ab dahi add karein. Jab masala bhunny lgy oil niklny lgy is mein ajwaien dal dein

Boiled gobhi add karein. masaly mein mix kar dein achi trah. Yeh apna pani chorna start kar dy gi.

Agar chehen to isy low flame py 20 minute ke liey pkny dein. Otherwise 5 minute ka pressure laga dein

Jo pani reh gya hoga usy dry karein. Jab achi si rangat nikal aey oil b nikl aey is mein pisa garam masala green chili or dhaniya dalen. Garnish karein

Platter mein nikalen or garama garam chapati ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah😍
