  • 1/2 cupCoconut milk
  • 1 tbspShallots chopped
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  • as needed Ghee
  • To tasteSalt

    Beat the egg,then add thick coconut milk, salt, chilli powder, chopped shallots and green chillies.mix it with a egg beater.

    Dip each bread slices in the egg batter and shallow fry it in a hot pan.add ghee or butter in the pan to toast the bread slices.
