Add wheat flour,salt and water and make a dough like roti

Then put it on rest for 30 minutes

For the stuffing add all the masala to the mashed potatoes

Add coriander leaves paste

Then add the pickle and stir it...add chopped coriander leaves. The stuffing is ready

Now put the stuffing in the middle of a roti,seal it and roll it

Now heat up the pan and add the stuffed paratha on the pan...add some oil and fry both of the sides...

Aloo paratha is ready...serve it with your preferable subji
