Add 1 bowl of moong dal to a pan and 2 bowls water

Then add a pinch of hing, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, curry leaves, salt to taste (I have added 2 tablespoons of salt) and 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds and allow it to boil completely.

Off the stove after boiling and add 2 bowls of rice powder and mix it well and allow it to cool.

After cooling, mix it with hand properly.

Now make small balls from the dough.

Now apply oil on roti maker, make the balls to cylindrical shape, add sesame seeds and roll the batter properly, make it thin & join the ends to make it into ring shape.

Add the rings to the oil and fry.

Fry till it gets light brown in colour.
