Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3Eggs (boiled)
  • as per tasteBlack salt to sprinkle at the top of the Eggs
  • As neededBlack pepper powder to sprinkle at the top of the Eggs
  • 2 TeaspoonsOlive Oil
  • 2small Onions cut into halves
  • 1small piece of Capsicum

  1. 1

    First take a mixing bowl pour there onion and Capsicum add few drops of oil with little salt mix it properly and heat a grill pan brush there little oil and arrange it.

    Then take boiled eggs divide into 2 parts each and arrange it on the grill pan and brush some oil on it. If one side done then then it to other side then again brush it with oil. Now it's ready to serve take out to a plate and sprinkle with black salt and black pepper powder and enjoy a healthy breakfast with a glass of Milk.
