Ingredients

  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tbspchilli ginger paste
  3. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  4. 1/4 cupchopped mint leaves
  5. 1 tbsproasted cashew pieces
  6. 1 tsphalf crushed black pepper
  7. 1/2 tbspcoriander seeds
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 cupBoiled mutter
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. For outer layer:
  14. 1 cupwheat flour
  15. 1 cupmaida
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 2 tbspghee
  18. 2 tbspoil
  19. 3/4 cupwater
  20. 1/4 tbspajwain
  21. as required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, maida, salt, ajwain, oil, ghee and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Now add water step by step and make a semi soft dough and give it rest for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl and add chopped boiled potatoes, peas, salt, black pepper, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala, chilli ginger, turmeric powder, amchur powder and mix it well.

    Now from the dough, roll round shape roti slightly thick and cut it half. Now take one part and add the stuffing and fold it to make triangle shaped samosa.

    Now fry all of them and then serve it with green chutney.
