In a bowl, take warm water and dissolve sugar in it.

Now add dry yeast and cover it with lid.

After 2 to 3 minutes open the lid and mix it properly.

Pour this mix in the salt added maida and knead the dough.

Now knead this dough properly and keep it aside for an hour to rise at warm place.

After one an hour take it out,it will double in size,now knead it again with butter.

Now take small size 3 balls and roll it and make braided as shown in the picture.

Now keep it aside for half an hour again.

After it get (blown)double in size again,sprinkle some nigela seeds on it.

And put it in the oven.

At 180° degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes.

And it's ready, apply butter with brush.
