Ingredients

2 people
  1. Forstuffing:
  2. 1/4 cupchopped beans
  3. 1/2 cupCauliflower
  4. 1/4 cupchopped carrot
  5. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  6. 1 medium sizepotato
  7. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  8. 1/2 tablespoongaram masala
  9. 1/2 tablespoonchat masala
  10. 1/4 tablespoonamchur powder
  11. as requiredSalt
  12. 1/2 tablespoonpepper powder
  13. ForDough:
  14. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  15. As requiredSalt
  16. as requiredOil
  17. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the veggies till soft. Mash them using a fork.

  2. 2

    Take a mixing bowl, add wholewheat flour, pinch of salt, 1tbsp oil and give it a mix. Prepare a dough using water and keep it aside for a while.

    Take a pan add 2tbsp oil. Add the onion and fry them till soft. Add the mashed Veggies and all the masala. Give it a quick mix. Cook it for a while.

    Take a small portion of the dough. Fill it with the stuffing. Roll it as a circle. Prepare the paratha by applying oil.

    Here is your paratha ready to serve.
