Steps

Spread the soaked chana on a clean napkin, it soaks the extra moisture.

In a mixing bowl add oil, salt and dry spices. Give a quick mix and then add chana and mix it properly.

Spread the chickpeas in an even layer. Bake 200 degrees for 40 minutes in a preheated oven. Mix between the process with a spatula once or twice to ensure even baking.

Once done remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
