I usually don't eat the first and the last slices of bread so i thought of not wasting them and make something tasty out of them. So here's a recipe for your sweet cravings.

Take a bowl. Add malai, sugar and dry fruits. Mix well.

Take a bread slice apply the above mixture on the bread. Cover it with another slice. Roast this sandwich from both the sides on a non-stick pan with some ghee or butter.
