Collect and prepare your ingredients.

In a sufuria, put the lentils. Add the ginger,carrots, garlic,chilli, capsicum. Pour in the tomato soup and 3 cups water. Add salt to taste. Then put on heat and let cook till the lentils are softened.

Add the coconut cream, turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and any powdered spice desired. Stir well and let simmer under medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Remove and serve with rice or chapati 😊. (Twas too spicy so added the glass of milk and the mashed avocado 😂😂) enjoy 😋😋😝
