  • 100 gmPapaya
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/2 table spoonGhee
  • as requiredSaffron dip in milk
  • 8Kaju
  • 1/ 2 tablespoonKhaskhas
  • 1 tablespoonWhole garam masala
  • as requiredFresh cream small amount
  • as requiredChiranji
  • 4 table spoonRosted beson
  • 1/ 2 tablespoonRose water
  • 1tablespoonKewra water
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2Charcoal

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of khaskhas, chiranji and kaju.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of papaya

  3. 3

    Make a paste of mutton mince

  4. 4

    Make a dust of whole garam masala

  5. 5

    Mixed all the ingredients with mutton.

  6. 6

    Give a smoke using charcoal and oil and cover it for 4 hours

  7. 7

    Give a shape of kabab and fry it
