First of all take blanched spinach leaves spread it on the wrap now spread paneer mashed on the leaves add salt on it and black pepper now place dry fruit mix on it and start wrapping it make a roll.now fold this roll in aluminum foil properly add dip it in warm water for 20 minute.after take it out. Add cut it into the slices.

While the mean time place wok on the flame heat up oil add garlic onion chopped tomatoes till onion gets brown now add salt red chilli sabat red chili powder black pepper sugar 1tsp ginger paste add little water and boil it. After that switch off the flame grind it add lemon juice in it and mix. Tomato chilli sauce is ready

In a wok deep fry potatoes round shape slices. In a bowl add honey in this add salt chilli flakes oregano and mix it. When the potatoes get fried put this on the kitchen towel then add in the honey sauce.

For the tikki in a bowl mix mashed potatoes and oats that was soaked in water or you can soaked it in curd.mix salt chilli flakes.make a round shape tikki and shallow fry it on the tawa.

It's time to plating. On a plate spread tomato chilli sauce place oats tikki on it then place honey potatoes on it. Then place spinach paneer roll on it again place honey potato on it and place spinach paneer roll on the top. On the top pour honey sauce mix bhel sevaiyan on it. And eat it.
