Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 500 gmsarbi
  2. 15-20Green chillies
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp.ajwain (carom seeds)
  5. 1/4 tspHaldi powder. (Optional hai)
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. As required Green coriander (some leaf)(optional hai)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash arbi and pressure cook it for 1 or 2 whistles.
    After 2 whistles. Then peel it and grind it.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain sprinkle then add green chilli paste saute them add salt mix well. Saute 30 seconds

    Add cut arbi mix well with a spatula. Fry 4 to 5 mins slow flme par. Turn off the flame. Garnish with with coriander leaves. Serve with poori, paratha and packed lunch box also.
