Wash arbi and pressure cook it for 1 or 2 whistles.
After 2 whistles. Then peel it and grind it. - 2
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain sprinkle then add green chilli paste saute them add salt mix well. Saute 30 seconds

Add cut arbi mix well with a spatula. Fry 4 to 5 mins slow flme par. Turn off the flame. Garnish with with coriander leaves. Serve with poori, paratha and packed lunch box also.
