Take lukewarm water and dissolve sugar and yeast. Set aside it will froth in few minutes.

Take a large bowl, add flour, milk powder and salt. Mix well.

Add frothed yeast to the flour mixture. Slowly add milk and knead the dough.Add butter and shape the dough to a smooth dough, cover with a cling film and keep it aside for 1hour.

Heat oil, add chopped onion, sauté till it is translucent in color, add green chili and ginger pastel. Mix, add corn, put salt and cook till it’s done. Add crumbled paneer to it. Add Italian seasoning, chilli flakes and black pepper. Cook for few seconds and stuffing is ready. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

After 1hour the dough will become double. Punch it and knead again. Divide it into balls. Make a circular roti and fill it up with corn and paneer mixtures.

Roll one side, second side put slits. Fold the topmost over the roll. Preheate the oven5-10 min at 200 degree Celsius.

Give a shape. Put two cloves for yes. Apply some milk over the bun and sprinkle White sesame seeds. Bake it for 30min. After baking apply some butter on it, to keep the bun soft. Caterpillar buns are ready.
