2boiled sweet potatoes
1/2 tbspchopped coriander
1/2 tbspchopped mint
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1/3 tbsplemon juice
2 tbsproasted and roughly crushed peanuts
as neededoil

Mash the boiled sweet potatoes and mix all the ingredients together

Shape them circular and place on tawa in low medium heat.

Slightly cook untill golden on both sides.
