Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre then add oil and water and mix well. If the dough seems a little stiff, add 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well then tip onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Once the dough is smooth, place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it tightly and leave it in the refrigerator for 24hrs. Remove from the refrigerator and let it settle for 2hrs

Fry onions, garlic and blended tomatoes. Add the spices of your choice. Let it cook for a few minutes the remove from heat.

Grease your pizza tray / baking tray with margarine set aside. Knock back the dough thn gently mould into pizza tray. Make holes using a fork on the dough for it to cook through. Spread the pizza base sauce and put grated mozzarella cheese, pilipili hoho, sliced sausages, sliced pineapples, chicken, more mozzarella cheese on top.

Put in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200°c.
