Here I am preparing this recipe with lots of veggies and cheese both are good for health and digestion
Steps

First we prepared our noodles for filling the puff. Take a pan, add into the water, all chopped veggies and masala.

After 10 minutes,turn off the flame. Take it out in another vessel. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Now all the bread slices roll with the help of rolling pin.

Fill the noodles and some mozzarella cheese in it. Cover it with the help of water on the corner so that, they doesn't burst out on the time of frying.

Take a pan,and butter or oil in it for shallow fry. Fry all the puff into both side till golden brown.

Take it out on to the tissue paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup up.
