Pesto: (you can skip pesto by adding lots of basil leaves to sandwich)
olive oil (lots, to make it a paste),
nuts (ideally pine nuts but can also use mix of cashew, walnut, macedemia, etc)

Take all ingredients and grind it in mixer. Even tastier if you crush it with mortar and pestle. - 2
Plum tomatoes salt and olive bake at 250 for 2 hour
Or sundries tomatoes (preferred) - 3
Toast bread slices with olive oil. Spread pesto on bread.
Make sandwich with sundried tomatoes, fresh tomato slices, mozzarella cheese chunks, spinach (optional), basil.
Salt and pepper as per need. - 4
Optional: add sliced cucumbers and mayo.
