Extravagant Caprese, Shrimp, and Avocado Sandwich

I wanted to turn my favorite caprese into an easy sandwich... and, to make it richer I added shrimp in cocktail sauce, and my husband loved it. Ever since, this has been making a regular appearance at weekend brunches.

This sandwich is stuffed with lots of ingredients, so put the fillings towards the center of the bread so that it won't spill out while eating. When you make the sandwich, the filling will naturally spread out a bit. For 2 servings. Recipe by Usagi no Cima
