Wash dal and cook in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles

Take a pan and pour 2 tablespoon oil. In medium flame, add jeera, ginger, green chillies and saute. Add onions and saute. Then add chilli powder and turmeric mix well. Then add tomato and salt. Mix well till tomato turns mushy.

Then add dal to it mix well. Finally add Spinach and mix. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes

Now Spinach dal curry is ready to serve
