Omelette curry with potatoes

Finley chops one onion, two green chillies. Take 3 eggs in a bowl add the chopped vegetables and salt and milk powder and whisk for 2minutes. In a frying pan,heat mustard oil,pour half the whisked eggs when oil is hot. cook on medium heat till the omelette has set and slide it out.same way second omelette should be done. cut omelette in equal size.

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Fry the potatoes with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder,keep aside.

Now heat rest of the oil add chopped onions. Fry the onions then ginger and garlic paste. add tomatoes.add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and sugar.cook for around 5minutes. Then add the fried potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add 3 cups of warm water and covered the pan in low flame. Now add omelette chunks and garam masala and green chilli and cook for 3 minutes. serve with streamed rice.
