Soak rice for 15-20 minutes and then boil it up to 80 % cooked.I put carrots along with rice for boiling.so no need to separate cooking for carrots.Meanwhile chop all the vegetables.

When rice boiled immediately strain extra water and let it cool down under fan so further cooking stopped.

Heat oil in kadhai- add ginger and chilli, sauté it on high flame for few seconds (keep flame high throughout whole cooking)

When ginger chilli fried- add beans and cook it for 1 minutes

Add cabbage and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Add salt, say sauce and tomato ketch up and mix it well.

Add rice and stir it ge tally without breaking rice.

Add freshly crushed black pepper coriander,mix it t well and switch off the gas.

Serve it hot.
