1large Pork Loin
6 TablespoonsBrown Sugar
3 TablespoonsSesame Oil
1 TablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
2 clovescrushed and finely chopped Garlic
3 TeaspoonsSmoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
1 cupsoy sauce
1 cupwater

Slice pork loin into thin strips, mix all ingredients and place in 2 large ziplock bags

Let marinate in the fridge for 24-48 hours

Place strips on rack, and smoke at 225-250 deg, flipping every 20 minutes until done
