Steps

Mix both flour salt jeera powder.Add 2tbspn oil and knead a semi soft dough(little soft than bhkhari dough) Roll it into a big roti (partha thickness)

Take a Iid of thumbs up bottle.place it on the rolled roti in such a way that you can get a semi circle shape.

Make all rotis and with the help of Iid make all semi circles. Heat oil into a deep pan fry all crescent shaped para on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.

Heat 1tbspn oil into another pan.Add 1 packet periperi masala and toss all paras into it.off the stove your yummy all time snack is ready.store it in a airtight container.It remains fresh for 15 days
