2potatoes
as per tasteSalt, chat masala,red chilli powder
1 pinchthyme
as requiredOil for frying

Peel the potato wash and cut in round shape.

Take a bowl add besan and all spices mix it add required water make a fine batter.

Heat the oil add potato 1 by 1 low to medium flame fry both sides
