Steps

Peel plantain, wash and slice with the slice it knife but it has to be thin.

Add oil to fire,when the oil is hot add the plantain then you lower the heat. It takes time.

When it's crispy you'll hear the sound when stiring, remove and drain.

Before it cools sprinkle small salt and pepper, then toss. Some people add salt before Frying.
