Mix the yogurt, milk, and apple cider vinegar together and set aside.

Combine the dry ingredients: cake flour, baking powder, Himalayan pink salt, and light brown sugar. Stir to combine.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Add the blueberries and gently fold them in.

Spoon the batter into cupcake molds lined with paper cups.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
