For dough -take bowl add besan salt 1 tsp hot oil ajwain hing then add water and make a semi thick daugh

No Boil aloo in pressure cooker for 3 times, cool it remove skin from aloo mesh it now add green all masala salt amchur powder chat masala green lahsun if possible add grated cheese mix all together

Now hit the pan add oil on fast flem take a bread slice put. Mixer of aloo put another bread of mixer now cut it tringle shape put into besan dough and fry in hot oil two side mane crispy and pink colour

Transfer to plate serve with green and red chutney
