Mix oil and salt together

Wash and pat dry the sweet potatoes

Coat with the oil and salt mix and place in a pan

Bake 180 degrees for 30 mins and then 15 mins at 240 degrees

Serve when hot or the next day breakfast.(Just remove the burnt skin u end up with picture above).
