Steps

Take a pot add oil and onion. When onion turns golden add meathi, palak and green coriander.

Now fry for 5 minutes and add all spices. Also julienne cut ginger.

Now add one glass water and milk. Now turn on cooker for 10 minutes.

Now open cooker add potatoes and fry again for 3 minutes and add some water for potatoes.

When oil appears turn off flame.

Serve with Chapati or naan.
