Steps

Put chicken and daal in a pan and add water that chicken and dip in it. Now add all ingredients except mix spice and crushed coriander and cumin.put the mixture on the low flame.

When chicken boiled separate it and shredd it. And let the remaining mixture boiled. At that point add peeled potato in it and let it boiled.now add shredded chicken in it.

Now add all spice and check the dal if daal is boiled then turn the flame high and dry the remaining water.

When water dry.bhonify it on low flame for 5 min.

Let the mixture cool and then grind it to thick paste.add chopped onion and fresh coriander.make shami kabab and eat yummmy shami kabab.
