Ingredients

30 mins
4,5 servings
  • 350 gmMutton mince
  • 2Onions chopped
  • Yoghurt half cup
  • Halfcup oil
  • 6Green chilli
  • 2 bunchfresh coriander chopped
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspwhole coriander
  • 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1 tablespooncumin powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Marinate your mince with yoghurt ginger garlic paste and salt for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a deep pan place marinated keema and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame

  3. 3

    In a blender add coriander green chillies and all spices quarter blend well

  4. 4

    Add coriander paste on keema and bonfire on high flame
