With a hand mixer,add salt mix ur egg white to get a soapy stiff texture like u are making an ice cream

Mix ur egg yolk with ur egg whisk or fork

Transfer ur egg yolk into a fry pan and add in pour your egg white mix and spread to balance the egg white on the yolk

Allow to cook on a medium heat for 3-4 mins
