Boil the phalia,cool and take out their side threads.

In a blender add 2 green chillies and 4 Cloves garlic,make a paste with water.

Now in a pot add sarson oil,let it heat for 5-10mins to remove kaccha pan of oil.

In heated oil,add white cumin seeds,chopped garlic. Once it poss add the boiled phalian and mix.

Now add garlic and green chilli paste,red chilli flakes and salt in it.

Let it cook in it's own water,then add dahi and cook.

Once the phalian gets ready with masala and oil comes above,put the stove off.

Serve with chapati.
