Veggi Macaroni
Healthy veggie Macaroni to please everyone.
Steps

Chop all the vegetables.

Boil 3 cups of Macaroni for 5-10 minutes on a low flame and add some salt and oil to it. boil,till it become soft and moist.

Take a pan and add two table spoon of olive oil.

Saute the chopped onion,green chilie and ginger garlic paste till it becomes light brown.

Now add all the vegetables and cook them for next 4-5 minutes.keep in mind that the vegetables are not completely cooked.

Add red chilie powder and salt according to the taste.

Add Soy sauce and vinegar to give it a sour and saucy taste.

Now rinse the Macaroni and add some black pepper to it.

Now add the Macaroni into the pan and mix it thoroughly.

Let it cook on a low flame for a while.your food is ready to be served.
