Crush the noreos with a rolling pin or grind in a blender

Place the noreos and milk in a bowl

Mix the both together until well incorporated

Transfer to a mug or microwave safe bowl

Bake in the microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes

Let cool and enjoy

Top with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or for lava mug cake,place a chocolate bar in the middle of the batter after tranferring to mug and enjoy.........
